Actors who have been involved in a production or play reading with Savage Rose in the last two years need not audition. We are familiar with your work and have your contact information. We’re mainly interested in seeing new actors at this time. However, you will not be turned away if you decide to audition anyway. For those actors we’ve worked with in the last two years who do not intend to come to auditions but want to express an interest in a particular production(s) or role(s), please fill out the form below:

Special Notes:

As Titus will be presented as a radio play which will be recorded, experience in radio, radio dramas, or voice over work is a plus, but not required.

Seeking a young actor, age 16-20, for the role of Young Lucius and an African-American male, age 30 and up, for the role of Aaron in
Titus Andronicus.

Artistic Director Kelly Moore will be playing the woman’s role in Crime and Punishment, therefore we are only seeking 2 men for that show – age 25-35, and age 35-65.

As Alice will be an original adaptation, we are interested in seeing actresses age 12-30 for the role of Alice, as this may influence the direction the character takes in the adaptation.

Thank You for Coming to Caius Marius!

Thank you to everyone who made it out to see our Words Words Words play reading of The History and Fall of Caius Marius! We had a great time at Vault1031, as always (check out their upcoming events here), and we are getting ready for the summer!

Keep an eye out for upcoming events on our website, Facebook, and Twitter, and be ready for our next play reading of R.U.R. in July. While not as old as most of our plays, it is still as classic as one can get in the world of science fiction including the first use of the word “robot”! Don’t miss out on this awesome show.
